We strive to provide a structured, secure environment that allows our community members with memory-related impairments to engage in life, connect with others, preserve cognitive abilities, and experience the dignity they deserve. Our goal is to help you continue to enjoy the time you spend with your loved one, while supporting you during this journey of transition for you and your family.
Memory Care Community Director
Patricia has been a part of the Rowntree Gardens family since 2011, the year she joined Gardens Memory Care as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Her genuine love for our community members was obvious from the start, and she continues to be a daily blessing to all she encounters as the Gardens Memory Care Community Director. In that role, Patricia oversees day-to-day operations, meets with family members, and ensures that each community members’ plan of care is being followed. She’s also been instrumental in implementing our Montessori-inspired lifestyle that promotes purpose and independence among people living with memory issues. Patricia feels blessed to work in a community where every individual is cherished and appreciated, through every season of life. An avid pottery collector, Patricia enjoys spending time with her family which includes two lovable bulldogs.
GMC Activities Coordinator
Ernest joined the Rowntree Gardens family in 2014 as an Activities Assistant. He now calls on his creativity and organizational skills as the Activities Coordinator for our Gardens Memory Care community. In this role, Ernest makes sure our Community Members enjoy a variety of carefully planned Montessori-inspired activities that help them continue to thrive physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually. As a Certified Montessori Trainer/Certified Activity Leader and as a member of our outstanding Montessori Gold team, Ernest uses his training to create a compassionate environment that values every individual. Ernest is also an avid photographer and videographer, and is honored to have his photos of our cherished Community Members displayed around our campus.
Community Development Director
Tiffanie began her tenure with Rowntree Gardens as a Life Enrichment Nurse before making her transition to Community Development Director. In this role, Tiffanie leads the sales team, assists families in need of memory care, facilitates cross-departmental communication, and builds relationships with key partners to bring our community members a full range of services. Tiffanie calls on her past experience working in hospice to ensure all community members and their families receive compassionate, personalized care. A Licensed Vocational Nurse, she also has a Bachelor’s of Science in Child and Adolescent Development, holds certifications both as a Residential Care for the Elderly Administrator and Social Services Designee, and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Her personal philosophy includes striving to make everyone feel valued, and living Rowntree Gardens’ mission to be a daily blessing to all she encounters.
Community Transition Liaison
Roz joined our family in 2007 as the front desk receptionist. Today, she works closely with our new community members and families, introducing them to the wide range of services, amenities and activities available to help them feel at home. During their first few weeks and months at Rowntree Gardens, she makes sure all their questions are answered and their needs are being met. She also helps our community members transition to different levels of care. An avid gardener, she enjoys the beautiful grounds of our community and stopping to chat with the people she encounters.
Rowntree Gardens Registered Dietitian, Megan, is committed to providing nutritional education and using her expertise across the community. Megan enjoys connecting with others and sharing her knowledge of healthy eating. As the campus Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Megan brings years of experience in nutritional education. She has completed her B.S. in Clinical Nutrition at the University of California, Davis, followed by a Dietetic Internship through California State University, Long Beach. Megan has worked in Northern and Southern California facilities, including hospitals, nursing facilities, and school districts. While nutrition is her passion, having the ability to create connections with Community Members and being a part of a team of people who care deeply about others is the best part of her position at Rowntree Gardens. Megan is an outdoor enthusiast with her happiest place being the ocean where she enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends.
