Available to our current community members as well as those referred to us from outside our community who require short-term Physical, Occupational and/or Speech Therapy. Our licensed New Leaf Agency provides comprehensive services from certified, compassionate and highly trained therapists.
We’ve helped people recover from a wide range of surgeries, injuries, heart conditions, strokes, arthritis and trauma with personalized, hands-on therapy. Our priority is to put you or your loved one on the path to independence.
Our comprehensive therapy services include:
Designed for people recovering from strokes, hip fractures, knee replacements, head injuries, arthritis, pneumonia and wounds, our physical therapists work with individuals to:
- Improve mobility, balance, flexibility and strength
- Manage, control and reduce pain
Working with people suffering from stroke, hip fractures, Parkinson’s disease, arthritis and other conditions, our occupational therapists help individuals:
- Manage daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and personal care
- Restore upper body mobility, movement and strength, particularly in the hand, elbow and wrist
Our highly qualified speech therapists specialize in helping people identify, evaluate, manage and overcome a wide range of swallowing, speech and language disorders, including those related to hearing impairments.
