Welcoming you home.

We understand that moving to a new home and environment brings significant change to your family and loved one. To ease this time of transition, we offer a dedicated onsite Transition Liaison who works closely with family. Your Transition Liaison will make sure your questions are answered, your concerns are addressed, and your loved one feels welcome and comfortable in their new home. For those who need a little extra time and attention while they adjust to their new home and surroundings, our Transition Liaison also extends dedicated personal care above and beyond the expected.

The Cedars Independent Living apartment homes feature full baths, spacious closets, living rooms, and cheerful sunrooms with abundant windows that welcome in natural light. Many apartment homes overlook our beautiful gardens. Kitchenettes are also available with select floor plans.
