POSITION PURPOSE: To serve food and beverages by using proper handling and serving techniques.   SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serves attractive food and beverages by using proper handling of trays, plates, glasses, pitchers and/or coffee pots.
  • Aware of daily menu items and main ingredients.
  • Prepares next day condiments, juices and creamers.
  • Prepares portions of beverages and desserts.
  • Keeps working area clean.
  • Folds napkins.
  • Clears and re-sets tables.
  • Refills condiments.
  • Fills coffee machine and coffee/water pots.
  • Cleans assigned work stations.
  • Sets up beverages, soup, entree, vegetables, and dessert stations, as directed.
  • Clears dishes before serving next course.
  • Wipes chairs after each meal.
