Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Routine cleaning of offices (carpet waxing, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, disinfecting, etc.).
- Routine and special cleaning of all residential units and their fixtures and windows.
- Routine and special cleaning of all public and common use areas within the main building.
- Routine and special cleaning of all bathrooms used by resident, employees, and visitors.
- Removes curtains, drapes, and dividers for cleaning.
- Disposes of waste and trash.
- Terminal cleaning duties according to establishment.
- Other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
- Full-Time PM Shift (8pm-4:30am) hours may vary Monday-Friday
- Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays when needed
- Prior housekeeping experience.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Must have conversational level of English.
