We are hiring for Part-time Host/Hostess to join our Food Services Department.
POSITION PURPOSE: To serve food and beverages by using proper handling and serving techniques.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Services / Multitasking
- Teamwork / Problem Solving
- Serves food and beverages by using proper handling of trays, plates, glasses, pitchers and/or coffee pots.
- Aware of daily menu items and main ingredients.
- Sets up beverages, soup, entrée, vegetables, and dessert stations as directed.
- Clears dishes and re-sets tables before serving the next course.
- Wipes down chairs after each meal.
- Prepares next day condiments, juices, creamers, portions of beverages and desserts.
- Maintains work area clean at all times.
JOB SPECIFICATION: Part-time PM Shift: Weekends - Friday- Sunday Hours: 10:30am-6:45pm WORKING CONDITIONS: Moderate to heavy physical conditions. On feet most of the time. Involves walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching and handling. Involves heavy lifting and carrying of over 50lbs. Some exposure to uncomfortable temperatures or odors.
