We are hiring a part-time Community Recruiter to join our Human Resources department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
- Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in-person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire.
- Utilizes different hiring sources such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc. to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process.
- Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
- Manages current candidate activity using tracking system.
- Completes weekly report on employment activity.
- Regularly schedules time off campus to develop rapport with nursing programs, colleges, and universities to supply potential candidates, as well as local industry related job fairs.
- Participate in Supervisory meetings and continue to grow and develop in the field through current professional literature, webinars, and other resources.
- Part time: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm
- 1-2 years' experience in recruiting is required
- Positive attitude-encouraging, positive and realistic about potential candidates
- Good research techniques-able to find and review resumes from professional job search sites, networking and creating good interactions with candidates
- Good interviewing skills-ability to efficiently ask questions that help them understand the applicants' skills
- Uses good judgement of character when searching for applicants, organized and coordinated, able to communicate with dozens of applicants at once about several different positions and guide them all through the hiring process
- Excellent phone etiquette and knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Great attention to detail, able to work independently and in a team, and open to receiving constructive criticism.
