Life Enrichment Liason

We are hiring a part-time Life Enrichment Liaison to join our Community Life Team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: General Must be able to work cooperatively as a member of a team Keeps information confidential regarding residents Interacts and works with all other departments and issues Administrative Services: Understand and follows emergency and safety policies and procedures Oversees and edits Community Member Newsletter - Garden Press Attends monthly Community Member Executive Committee Meeting Attends and reports at monthly Community Member Association Meetings Resident Services: Oversees Community Life Staff and issues (complaints, conflicts, hygiene, family, voting, ID renewals, lock boxes, etc) Ensures that all community member rights are protected Maintains progress notes regarding reason for admission, behavior and cognitive issues, goals for discharge, mental/mood/psychosocial status changes, family concerns, etc. Spiritual Life Services (as needed): Takes care of weekly Chapel Offering Authorizes Check Payments (Speakers, Musicians, etc.) Attends monthly Spiritual Life Committee Meeting Hospital & Room Visitations JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Part-time AM Shift

Job Specification  Bachelor's degree in social work or a related human service field is preferred, with at least two years supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting. Ability to communicate in English effectively through verbal and written means.
