Living at Rowntree Gardens comes with all the comforts and conveniences of home, in a close-knit community of friends who share interests, activities, and life experiences. We offer a selection of cozy, private apartments, spacious suites and cottages that comfortably accommodate one or two individuals.
Apartment Homes

Our Acacia Independent Living and The Cedars Assisted Living apartment homes feature large baths, spacious closets, living rooms, and cheerful sunrooms with abundant windows that welcome in natural light. Many apartment homes overlook our beautiful gardens. Also available, kitchenette upgrades feature new granite counter tops, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and fridge/freezer units.

All apartment options are available on both first and second floors.

Studio

Ideal for one person, studios feature a living room with built-in shelves, a cheerful sunroom, one large bath with a shower, and two closets for ample storage.

Semi Suite

Ideal for one person or couples, semi suites feature a living room with built-in shelves, a cheerful sunroom, an alcove bedroom, one large bath with a shower, and two closets.

Suite

Ideal for couples or roommates, suites feature a living room with a sunroom, a bedroom with space for a queen or two twin beds, one large bath with shower, and two closets.

Deluxe Suite

Ideal for two people, deluxe suites feature a living room, second room/bedroom, two full baths with showers, three closets, built-in shelves, and two sunrooms.

Cottages

Available to community members and spouses within our Life Care plan, Rowntree Gardens’ quaint cottages provide all the comforts of home in a variety of floor plans. Cottage amenities may include:
