We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist that is dedicated, compassionate, and skilled in Customer Service and Receptionist duties who will thrive on making a difference in the lives of people and who will fit the Rowntree Gardens Community.   • Greeting, directing, and assisting Community Members, Families, and Guests.
  • Monitoring security gates and cameras
  • Telephone- Answering, fielding calls, transferring and taking messages, reporting emergencies.
  • Computer data entry.
  • Clerical support- filing, making copies, assembling brochures.
  • Communication to all departments and assisting them in various ways
  • Duties and responsibilities may be added as needed and requested by the Director that are within the scope of this position.
  •  Part-Time PM Shift
    • Friday 2:30pm-9pm
    • Sunday 1:30pm-9pm
  • Must be available to cover other weekend or weekday shifts when needed:
    • Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm/2:30pm-9pm
    • Saturday & Sunday 7am-1:30pm/1:30pm-9pm
  • Available for training during the 6am-2:30pm shift Monday-Friday
  • Able to:
    • Multitask in a high stress environment
    • Work independently and in a team
    • Problem Solve
    • Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies
  • A heart for serving Seniors
  • Mature, friendly, outgoing, positive attitude, compassionate, patient, common sense, self-initiative, hardworking, and organized
  • Receptionist: at least 5 years
  • Customer Service: at least 5 years
  • Telephone Skills Proficiency
  • Computer Knowledge
Due to California State regulations we are required to have all of our applicants pass a Background Check, Physical, and TB test.
