ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform all cleaning and sanitation duties in the kitchen and serving area, walk-ins, employee break rooms, and other areas as assigned.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Empty kitchen and dining room trash.
- Wash pots and pans.
- Remove dirty dishes from the dining room to the dish room on bus carts.
- Wash tray line dishes, silverware and cooking/serving utensils.
- Maintain and clean break room including condiment trays.
- Transport food carts in and out of the kitchen as needed.
- Assist with any cafeteria duties as assigned.
- Part-time PM Shift
- Monday-Sunday, hours may vary
